South Australia and Northern Territory Tax Office. Adelaide, South Australia, Australia.

The Australian South Australia and Northern Territory Tax Office was developed, fully fitted out specifically for the Commonwealth of Australia.  The building is 12 levels high, with a floor plate of 1,500 square metres, total area of 17,500 square metres.

A complex build into the airspace above Myer which included hotel for Swisotel 398 Rooms and 104 private apartments above. Total Area developed, 36,500 square metres, Value, (2023) $916 million.

A development on the former Childrens Hospital site which included some heritage listed buildings and preservation of green open spaces. Project stats :

Consortium leader for tender submission with the focus on the tunnelling.

Maldon-Dumbarton Passenger and freight Rail Link, Maldon Link and High Speed Rail/Metro Rail/ Interchange, South West Sydney.

A regional development plan and submission of the second ever unsolicited offer to the NSW Government currently in stage 2 status. The Maldon Rail link is about 70 kms of electrified standard gauge dual track, both freight and passenger link from Cambelltown to Maldon to Port Kembla and Wollongong City.

Port Kembla, Outer Harbour development for 6 Pana Max container ship berths.

The Maldon link also provides the Southern Interchange for the proposed Canberra to Sydney to Newcastle, High Speed Rail.

The Maldon also includes the construction of a new 6 Pana Max berth container terminal in the Outer Harbour of Port Kembla.

Project value: $6 billion.

Final 3 tender shortlist for a 77 level tower built over the Heritage Education building, 23-33 Bridge Street, 48,600 square meters, 214 hotel rooms and 198 apartments, Value (2023) $2.15 billion.

Australian East Coast High Speed Rail.

Consortium leader to build faster rail along the existing lines which would have potential to develop into high speed in the future. Developed significant build and engineering solutions.

Sydney Bays Precient, Master Plan Development, Sydney West Rail, High Speed Rail/ Sydney Metro Interchange, Inner Sydney

Presentation to NSW government for the redevelopment of the precinct.

Parkes International Freight Airport and Freight Intermodal for the Melbourne to Brisbane In Land Rail and the Airport.
